Ciao. I’m Raffaello, founder of BillHelp.

The insight behind BillHelp came from my time at Magical. As Founding PM at the Seed, I led Product and Deployments to 40+ people and millions in revenue. We built AI automation for hospital & insurance billing teams across the US.

Before Magical, I worked on user growth at Redfin & 23andMe. BillHelp brings together both halves of my career to date: the guts of healthcare administration and simple, delightful consumer experiences.

For years, insurers have had automation working for them.
It’s time patients did too.

Let’s dive in.
